As part of Mental Health Awareness Week the UK based Charity Mind launched the 'If this speaks to you, speak to us' awareness campaign. The campaign’s focus is about using the spoken word to show different ways people talk about their experiences.

Vinyl Clear want to support anyone who feels a need to reach out and talk about their mental health.

Talkingcures.org is a UK based practice that provide free coaching and therapy for a wide range of topics. So to promote Mental Health Awareness Week and to encourage a dialogue we want to highlight the work of talkingcures.org and provide links to their free online therapy for a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, guilt, fear, stress, sadness & worry.
